Enjoy an exclusive dinner and beer pairing amongst Sockeye brewers, prepared by our executive chef, Dan Hihath at the Cole Road Pub. Only 40 total tickets available, $40 per person.

SEARED JUMBO SEA SCALLOP
Pan-seared jumbo sea scallop served with habañero-carrot coconut cream, fried plantain, fire-roasted tomato confit, and basil leaf.
Paired with our Sour Puss American Sour. 5.5% ABV, 6 IBU

ST. LOUIS-STYLE RIBS
St. Louis-style cut ribs, slow roasted in Salty Bear Dark Caramel Gose, garlic and ginger. Broiled with a Hoisin barbeque sauce and served with a miso-scallion crêpe and sautèed sweet snap peas.
Paired with our Salty Bear Dark Caramel Gose. 6.2% ABV, 5 IBU

SEAFOOD BOWL
Mussels, clams, shrimp, and mild sausage steamed in a light Maibock seafood broth with hints of fresh herbs and lemon. Garnished with crispy prosciutto and served with fresh-baked Artisan Bread for dipping.
Paired with our Maibock Seasonal. 6.75% ABV, 17 IBU

CHOCOLATE CAKE
Double chocolate layer cake served with stout-cherry chocolate reduction, cherry vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate espresso macaron.
Paired with our Cherry Thunder Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. 8.7% ABV, 80 IBU
